2. Email data and voluntary correspondence

If you email any address associated with this domain (@jaakkoj.com), my email service provider will store that correspondence, including your email address and any information you provide. Sending emails to these addresses is voluntary and by doing so, you will not be added to email marketing lists.

3. Anti-bot data

This site uses a CAPTCHA service as means of spam protection from bots. The CAPTCHA service may evaluate some information, such as your IP address and mouse movements, to assess whether you are a bot or an automated program.

4. Data that is not collected

This site does not collect any characteristics of protected classifications including age, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or physical and mental abilities or disabilities. You may provide these data voluntarily, such as if you include a pronoun preference in your email signature when sending emails. This site does not collect any biometric data.

In the future, it is possible further data is required to maintain or improve the services offered by this website. Such data could include payment information such as credit card information, which would be provided voluntarily by users.

How the data is handled

I handle data only with clear purposes in mind or when requested, and I will never sell or give your data to third-parties unless legally obligated to do so.

For requests to delete personal information or know what personal information has been collected, I will first verify your identity using a combination of at least two pieces of information already collected including your email address.

If you have not provided your email address, or other personally identifiable information, or corresponded with any email addresses associated with this site, I do not have personally identifiable information of you. Because of this, I may not be able to provide you with detailed data or delete all information that may have been collected of you.
